  • We developed an estate with a sport and recreational amenities (Twoje Osiedle Przylesie, 2001)
  • We carried out a sale transaction of an estate under PRS already in 2015 (Powązkowska)
  • We started selling office space by storeys (MetroPoint office)
  • We developed multifunctional, city-forming project in the area of Daszynskiego Roundabout, which was one of the first in this location to contribute significantly to the development of the area post-industrial areas

Environmental issues

  • When designing investments, we apply modern, ecological solutions that allow to reduce energy consumption, including: energy-efficient LED lighting, motion detectors, an integrated system for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, a system of automatic building control, glazing with a very high parameter of energy insulation, openable windows in office and residential skyscrapers, which reduce the use of air conditioning etc.
  • In the terms of designing finishes, we apply the principle of optimization and use of fully recyclable materials.
  • Our Metropoint Apartaments development is the first residential investment to receive BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.
  • We choose the location of the investment so that it enables the use of every available means of public transport, and thus influences the reduction of air pollution. In our investments we also build special places for bicycles (and sanitary junctions for cyclists) and charging stations for electric cars.
  • We care about biodiversity and provide green places for relaxation or green patios. In the Central Garden project, we planned 1.2 ha garden amongs buildings.
  • We promote ecological solutions among employees, in the office we use waste segregation and limit products made of non-degradable materials.
  • Our subsidiaries are a member of the Polish Green Building Council PLGBC

One of the best examples is the sustainable mixed-use complex located at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw, which was one of the first in this location to contribute significantly to the development of the area
  • We care about historical heritage, reclaiming former industrial sites with respect for the history of the place, as exemplified by the preservation of historical bricks from the former fluorescent lamp factory in the Karolkowa Business Park office building.
  • We are socially committed. Among the many initiatives in which we participate we can mention: Szlachetna Paczka, support for refugee families from Ukraine, assistance to the Jewish community, support for the development of the city by building roads and schools, collections of gifts for various communities, numerous individual initiatives for people in need.
